What is VesnaGuard?

VesnaGuard is a personal safety mobile application developed by Vesna Integrated Limited. The app helps users quickly notify trusted contacts during emergencies by sending SOS alerts that may include the user’s last known location.

When does VesnaGuard send SMS messages?

VesnaGuard sends SMS messages only when:

• A user manually triggers an SOS alert, or
  
  

• A scheduled safety check-in expires without confirmation from the user.
  
  

SMS alerts are triggered solely by user actions or safety settings configured by the user inside the application.

Who receives the alerts?

Alerts are sent only to trusted contacts selected and added by the user within the VesnaGuard app. VesnaGuard does not send messages to random recipients, purchased lists, or external databases.

Does VesnaGuard send promotional or marketing messages?

No. VesnaGuard sends only transactional safety notifications triggered by user actions. The platform does not send advertisements, marketing campaigns, bulk SMS messages, or unsolicited communications.

VesnaGuard messaging is strictly limited to emergency and safety-related alerts between users and their personally selected trusted contacts.

Do recipients need to install the VesnaGuard app?

No. Trusted contacts receive emergency alerts directly as SMS messages on their mobile phones and do not need to install the VesnaGuard application.

Can users stop or cancel alerts?

Yes. Users can cancel alerts, adjust safety timers, or remove trusted contacts at any time within the app settings.

Does VesnaGuard replace emergency services?

No. VesnaGuard is designed as a personal safety assistance tool and does not replace official emergency or law enforcement services. Users should always contact local emergency services when possible.

How does VesnaGuard protect user privacy?

VesnaGuard collects only the information necessary to provide safety services, such as phone numbers, trusted contact details, and location data during emergency events.

User information is used strictly for delivering safety alerts and maintaining app functionality. VesnaGuard does not sell or share personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

You are receiving an alert because someone has added you as a trusted contact in the VesnaGuard app. Alerts are sent only during safety events initiated by that user.
