How VesnaGuard Works

VesnaGuard is a user-initiated emergency alert system designed to help individuals quickly notify trusted contacts during urgent situations.

1️⃣ User Registration

Users voluntarily install the VesnaGuard mobile application and complete registration inside the app.

2️⃣ Add Trusted Contacts

Users add selected emergency contacts (family, friends, guardians, etc.) inside the application.

VesnaGuard does not send messages to random or purchased contact lists.

 3️⃣How VesnaGuard Works

VesnaGuard allows users to quickly alert trusted emergency contacts during a crisis by using the emergency activation method available on their device.

Android Devices

Emergency alerts can be activated by:

• Pressing the device's power button four times in quick succession to arm the trigger. Then observe a minor vibration. Then press the button 4 times again and the SOS will be sent complete with live location (Stealth SOS).

• Tapping the SOS button within the app.

• Allowing a scheduled Safety Check-In to expire without confirming your safety.

iPhone (iOS) Devices

Emergency alerts can be activated by:

• Using Siri with the configured VesnaGuard emergency command.

• Tapping the SOS button within the app.

• Allowing a scheduled Safety Check-In to expire without confirming your safety.

What Happens Next?

When an SOS is activated:

• Trusted emergency contacts receive an alert.

• Your latest available GPS location is shared (when permission is granted).

• The alert includes the time of activation and your emergency message.

• Alerts are processed securely through VesnaGuard's cloud infrastructure for fast delivery.

4. Messages are sent strictly for safety purposes and contain the user’s emergency notification and last known location.

All SMS recipients are added voluntarily by the user inside the application.

VesnaGuard does not send bulk SMS campaigns, marketing messages, OTP resale, promotional content, or unsolicited messages.

SMS messages are triggered only by user action or user-configured safety settings

5 SMS Notification

SMS notifications are sent ONLY to the trusted contacts selected by the registered user.

VesnaGuard does not send:

• Marketing SMS
  
  

• Promotional messages
  
  

• Bulk unsolicited messages
  
  

All SMS messages are strictly emergency notifications initiated by the user.
